However, we understand that you may occasionally wish to exchange a product. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. No Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds under any circumstances. Once a purchase is made, the amount paid is non-refundable.


2. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of receiving the order.
  • Only size and design-related exchanges are allowed. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange is allowed only once per order.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Customized or altered products.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Accessories (if any).

3. Store Credit (Instead of Refund)

In the event the desired size/design is unavailable or an exchange is not possible:

  • A store credit equivalent to the product’s purchase value will be issued.
  • This credit will be sent to you via email and can be used for your next purchase on Rangatt.
  • Store credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us at style@rangatt.com or WhatsApp us at +91-8866277234 within 5 days of receiving your order.
  2. Mention your order number, reason for exchange, and the new size/design requested.
  3. Once approved, you will need to courier the item back to our return address at your own expense.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will dispatch the replacement or issue store credit.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges for returning the product are borne by the customer.
  • We will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged product back to you (within India only).

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or store credit upon verification.

7. Note

  • Rangatt reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not meet the above conditions.
